The Committee is responsible for&nbsp;making a development plan of the research, conference and seminar, training program for faculty and staffs.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><strong><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background-color:white"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">Function</span></span></span></span></strong></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background-color:white"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">(1) To encourage faculty members to prepare research proposals, interdisciplinary research, publications in reputed journals and conferences. </span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background-color:white"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">(2) To encourage students and faculties for presenting research papers/projects in the National conferences and competitions. </span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background-color:white"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">(3) To initiate MOU with industries and R &amp; D organizations for consultancy, collaborative research, Industry-Institute interaction etc. </span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background-color:white"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">(4) To arrange talks and interactions by eminent personalities from Industry, R &amp; D organization and institutions of repute; for the better understanding of research methodology and practices. </span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background-color:white"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">(5) To develop research proposals through AICTE/ UGC/ MHRD funding opportunities. </span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background-color:white"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">(6) To encourage faculties to apply for patents or other Intellectual Property Rights. </span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background-color:white"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">(7) To allocate budget for conducting workshops, seminars, conferences and FDP Program for the faculties.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="color:black"><strong>Committee Members</strong>:&nbsp;The committee composition is maintained by the institution.
